"This is an excellent hotel when in transit or having early flight out of Colombo. We arrived into Colombo around midnight and our transfer driver was waiting to take us to vila diva as we had arranged which was included in the rate for our stay. The next morning we were transported very promptly back to the airport for a small fee. Both the room and transport car were exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend vila diva transit hotel for quality, service, location and friendliness"

"We spent almost three hours looking for our accomodation. None of the locals knew where it was and despite being informed over email that 'my unit would be guaranteed with law arrivals' it was not. We found the hotel several times but had no answer. Oh and one more thing, I booked this because Expedia stated that it was 4.4km from the airport, perfect for me to catch my flight the next morning. "I came to the hotel directly from airport at night time. Staff not friendly at all . I was checked out after 2 days so i left my adapter and charger next to my bed. I called the front desk after 5 hours I realised I forgot it there. Front desk management was yelling at me saying they found only adapter and there is no charger. So I was very disappointed…. I was wondering how it could be both was there… I can not trust this hotel management because what about if I let something more valuable than charger. I was Sri Lankan for 15 days vacation so I avoided raddison hotels …"

"Location excellent don’t let that mislead you to stay in this Hotel it’s a dirty run-down hotel with worse food and staff. property is beyond dirty. This use to be a very nice hotel and known for Sri Lankan food and even that they are the worse now. We stayed in 7 Hotels in Sri Lanka on this trip this is the only bad place we experience avoid this hotel by all means."
