"The room itself was excellent, but the service experience was disappointing. The staff did not seem to keep track of previous conversations with guests, which led to unnecessary confusion and a lack of continuity in communication.
What was most frustrating was being treated as though we did not know how to use the elevators when the actual issue was that our room keys repeatedly became deactivated throughout our stay. Despite having to address the same problem multiple times, staff members appeared unaware of the situation and responded with a rude remark made directly to our faces.
This level of poor communication and disrespect significantly detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay."
