There is a massive cattle shed immediately across the road, plenty of mosquitoes. A chair has to be provided in the room. Refilling of consumables not done.

I stayed for 10 days.The location is not of much popular, however 10 minutes walking distance from local train station.Breakfast and food is of good quality coupled with good service.Room sizes are very small and one can't afford to take much freedom to move. Dedicated housekeeping number not provided so one has to contact everytime reception staff for any issue.Service at reception counter is Okay.Overall stay was good..

Property is good but the cleaning of the room is not in PTO the mark. Carpen not vacuum, towels not placed after room cleaning. Room was dusty. At least need basic cleaning.

Staycation At Ginger Goregaon
We love Ginger for the comfort and it not being far away from home but far enough for a Staycation. The Cumin restaurant is awesome too, it has an amazing breakfast spread and the wait staff is polite and friendly. The Front office staff needs some work and to be fast

Nice and beautiful building but vere very small rooms no wardrobe,or safe in the room. Aircon was very old and not performing. At night it felt like generator noise could not sleep. I hope other Ginger hotels are much better than Goregaon as per it's reputation. GINGER GOREGAON IS 2* ONLY

The staff was pathetic they didn’t have change when I made a cash payment it was decided that the extra would be deposited and adjusted at the time of check out the front desk woman brought the change in the room after 2 hours and started banging the door and kept on banging till we opened the door it was such an odd situation and timing for us. I travel all over the world I have never seen such thing in my life

My stay at ginger, goregaon was good overall. Staff was very helpful, good food and cleanliness well maintained. Ananya @ reception was very helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely look forward for my future stay.

Work trip to Mumbai
The overall stay was good. However the phone in the room did not work for the duration of the entire stay in spite of reporting it as soon as the room was ready. Hence calling for room service or any other inquiries proved troublesome. Also maintenance visited the room and left the door opened and door double locked.
