"Its cheap so you cant really complain but it was a very average hotel. The wifi dropped out quite a bit (we were at the back of the hotel) and it wasn't as well maintained as some other hotels we have stayed in. The staff were lovely and the location is excellent. There was very loud music that played until 4am on the saturday night and the breakfast was very poor."

The resort is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the location is perfect for enjoying everything Canggu has to offer. The staff made our experience truly exceptional. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel right at home throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. Room service was prompt, and every area of the resort was clean and cared for. The food and drinks were outstanding, everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. It was clear that a lot of care went into every meal. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with exceptional service, delicious food, and a beautiful setting, I highly recommend Canggu Cabana Beach Resort. We had an amazing experience and would gladly stay here again."

"The hotel is beautiful, but the most enjoyable thing about the hotel is the staff!!! Always smiling, friendly and ready to help!!! They react positively to every situation and are ready to offer a solution… good or bad. Plenty of choices for dinner inside and outside the hotel. Great breakfast and enjoyable food and drinks. Rooms are great, ample beds, bequtifully decorated If any negative comment, design wise the hotel, although very nice, it is complicated. Rooms can be far away from the beach or pools. Walking around polls and restaurants is rather cumbersome… they are there, but you can only access them thru one specific place. The lobby is kind of secluded. Many amenities (spa, library etc) are out of the way and bars close at 9PM"
