The hotel is inexpensive due to its isolated and ugly location. The building is an uninspiring, cheap building sandwiched between a semi-commercial zone and a freeway. There are NO facilities or transport nearby. Its a desert - Public transport? It exists as buses but there is no underground stop nearby.

Close to Messe
5mins walk from Messe München. Ideal for visiting. Comfortable and clean, relaxed lounge area, nice breakfast. Could do with a bottle of water in the room.

Good location and bar
This hotel is great for the Messe and right by the metro. It has an amazing gin bar. My only issue is €15 for a rubbish breakfast. Poor selection of cold choices, dry over baked pastries and nothing hot. Breakfast is not worth it.

Pleasant, quiet stay outside of Munich.
I would like to compliment the hotel on how quiet it was, which I extremely appreciated. This hotel is outside of Munich, but each day I took the train into town and it was easy - the hotel is right by the U-Bahn station. There's a shopping mall right next door, as well. I was happy with my stay.

Super stay at Motel 1
Lovely decor, fun design elements especially in the shared spaces. The service at check in and out was fast, also great friendly attentive barman at the breakfast restaurant. This is a brand new hotel, everything is spotless and working like a charm. Rooms are sound proof , could work comfortably using free wifi from the little sitting area in the room. For business or quick getaway i highly recommend

Location is great, situated right in the shopping complex, so ideal for an overnight stay on route. Parking for the hotel seems inadequate, and the overflow is to the shopping complex carpark...can mean a hike to the hotel with luggage. Clean and comfortable with stylish decor.

newly opened Motel One very good for Munich Messe - close to underground station and congress centre itself with a shopping centre next door. Knew the brand as stayed before in Manchester so knew what to expect. Well appointed room (although a kettle to make drinks would have been nice but know this is a British thing!) Breakfast selection excellent and the lounge area on 2nd floor is great whether for drinks, breakfast, bar snacks or just to chill out. Service at reception was great and staff keen to learn anything that could be improved. although not cheap (4 night stay minimum for the conference and double the price I'd expect to pay in the UK), for convenience and comfort it was excellent.

Convenient hotel near convention center
I came here for the ESMO conference and was lucky to find this hotel that was very close to the convention center and the Riem Arcade mall. It’s great and convenient if you can go on the train but you’ll often need to change to another line. Room was clean and minimalistic. Service from staff has been helpful but sometimes not very clear when asking for details and instructions as taxi requests need to be met at the Main Street, not in front of hotel. Food is various mall food but has wide selections. NOTE: most things here accept only cash and room bookings paid completely up front. No gym and breakfast is an extra charge (10euro).

Keurig hotel voor goede prijs
Keurig hotel met prima voorzieningen. Geen eigen restaurant, maar buiten op het plein is keus genoeg. Wel een gezellige bar en ontbijtruimte. Kamer is niet heel groot, maar netjes. Voor zijn prijs echt heel prima.

Top Hotel. Absolute Empfehlung. Großes Hotel mit vielen Zimmern, aber sehr gut isoliert und tolle Zimmer! Messe etwas außerhalb, aber mit U Bahn ist die Innenstadt sehr bequem und schnell zu erreichen.
