This property is not close to the city center but public transportation is close and convenient. The shower has mold and the baseboards are dirty. Linens were clean. The large couch has seen better days and prob needs to be replaced. Neighbors were noisey and construction next door didn't help. Grocery store around the corner and a bakery down the street. Great location for visiting Munich. Room itself was a bit small but we didn’t spend much time there (too much to explore!) so it was fine. Very clean and great communication.

The hotel was clean and quiet.The service and cleaning team perform their best and when needed, very fast and freindly. Beacuse of them I recommend it to every one. We stayed 15 days and support was available 5 min when you send email.everything was perfect :)

we found the house very clean and in a well connected area. However the apartment was extremely tiny, it wasn’t ideal for five people, we didn’t even have a table with enough chairs so we had to eat on the bed or on the floor. We believe it shouldn’t be ranted for five people.

No customer service, No reply form servus customer service until a couple of days before trip and had to book something else 5 days before trip, because of no confirmation. Won't do business with them again. Never was able to get in the building so cannot comment on the different categories.

Gerne, hier die überarbeitete Version: ⸻ Nicht zu empfehlen! Das Zimmer war extrem heiß und nicht klimatisiert – an Schlaf war kaum zu denken. Es lag direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, unmittelbar vor dem Fenster eine Ampel – entsprechend laut war es die ganze Nacht. Das Waschbecken tropfte schon beim normalen Händewaschen. Der absolute Tiefpunkt: Mitten in der Nacht um halb 4 wurde ich unsanft aus dem Schlaf gerissen, weil die Duschwand aus Glas ohne mein Zutun aus der Halterung brach und in tausend Teile zerbarst. Eine massive Gefahr! Am nächsten Tag konnte ich daher nicht einmal duschen. Ich habe eine 20%ige Erstattung angefordert – bis heute keinerlei Rückmeldung vom Anbieter. Fazit: Nie wieder.

Je n'ai jamais vu ça... je ne sais pas comment l'appeler. Très petite chambre, sale, les murs sont noirs de crasse, plafond cassé sur la mezzanine, tout est entassé. Les couloirs sont dégueulasses. Es hat überall intensiv nach Zigarettenrauch gestunken, vor allem im Bad. In der Dusche waren die Fugen schimmlig. Die Fotos täuschen sehr was die Größe und Qualität der Einrichtung angeht.

Im Februar besuchte ich für ein paar Tage meine Kinder und Enkel in München. Da sie eine sehr kleine Wohnung haben, suchte ich ein Hotel zur Übernachtung in der Nähe ihrer Wohnung. Die einzige Möglichkeit fand ich in den Servus Apartments. Das Zimmer war in sehr gutem Zustand und sauber. Leider brannte in dem sehr kleinen Bad kein Licht. Da ich die Unterkunft nur zum Schlafen und weder den Fernseher noch die Küchenzeile genutzt habe, kann ich darüber keine Auskunft geben. Bei der Kommunikation gab es ein Problem, weil ich bei der Ankunft noch keinen Zugangscode hatte, da er an eine falsche Nummer gesendet worden war. Zum Glück ließ sich das durch eine e-mail schnell klären. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt gut, nur leider auch ziemlich teuer, gemessen an der speziellen Situation. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass es auch preiswerte Zimmer ohne Küchenzeile etc. gäbe.
