Wonderful!
This was by far one of the best hotels.com experiences I’ve ever had, The Spot was extremely clean and check in was a breeze. It was right next door to a grocery store, and although it was a little far from our tourism activities in terms of how nice this place was it was entirely worth it! Would absolutely recommend to anyone traveling on a budget!

Fantastic place. Really clean and functional. Bed was comfy, good bathroom and a Nespresso machine. Supermarket next door. Easy to check in and out. Good public transport links.

BEWARE: NO AIR CONDITIONING.. NEVER MENTIONED IN DESCRIPTION. THEIR EXCUSE .. "WE OFFER HEAT AND A FAN". IT'S UP TO YOU TO REALIZE THERE IS NO AC. THE FAN DIDN'T WORK, THE ONLY FRESH AIR COMES FROM ONE WINDOW FACING A LOUD AND BUSY STREET. YOU ARE VISIBLE TO ANYONE WALKING ON THE STREET (2ND FLOOR). NO UNDERSTANDING OF MY ASTHMA AND NEED FOR AC, NO REFUND, DECEPTIVE AD AND NO HELP FROM MANAGEMENT TO HELP ME. WOULD ABSOLUTELY NEVER STAY THERE, AND IN FACT BOOKED A DIFFERENT AIR CONDITIONED HOTEL

However, we must clarify that your statement about us not informing our guests beforehand about this, is not true. As you can see in our amenity list on the booking platform, you can already see there that we only offer heating and a portable fan. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert, oberhalb der 1,70 mt Grenze wurde allerdings länger nicht mehr Staub gewischt. Ansonsten ein sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

Unserviced apartments would be a better definition of what they offer. Elevator not working for 2 days and no cleaning of the room ...

Dear Jaime, Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry for the inconvenience regarding the elevator. We can assure you that we worked with the highest priority on this topic for the whole two days it didn’t work, however, since it was weekend, the service team of the contractor for the elevator had only very limited staff availabilities and had to priorities emergencies in hospitals and trapped individuals. Regarding the room cleaning it was upon your own choosing to hang the „please clean my room“ sign outside of your room door. Since we offer apartments and are no hotel, we want to respect the privacy of our tenants and do not want enter the apartments unless we‘re asked to. However, if the sign is outside the room door, we know that we can enter. This is also described on the info sheet on the pinwall of each apartment. In case of further questions please let us know. 有小廚房的住宿幫助很大
雖然不是位於市中心。但走路一分鐘即有路面電車可搭,也算是交通便利。
