"Room has hair in the bathroom everywhere upon check in. The phone in the room didn’t work and the front desk didn’t have anymore towels. Unacceptable. Parking was horrible it’s way in the back as we had bags and we had to park in the back and walk to the front when there was a door we tried to use our key card on and it didn’t work. Front desk stated we can go out the door but not come in. I had 3 kids under 13 with me and I was so upset. I stayed at another Embassy in Dallas and I will go to that one each time I go there. "

"The hotel is located in a perfect part of downtown Dallas. There are several restaurants, nightlife, green areas to spend time at. The city views were spectacular, the only negative was the bathroom and the room was too dark and dim, we kept the shades open to let the light in. Excellent stay and I love how the hotel provides a list of nearby restaurants and the walking distance. "

"Great hotel, staff, room. Room was amazing made a special trip with my wife and was so happy this turned out great. Happy wife happy life. We both really liked it and looking forward to staying there again. Close to all we needed to see. We went for a concert, finished the night at lifestyle club and finished the night, more like the morning at the hotel. Great place to stay looking forward to future trips. "

"I picked my room online and arrived to the property 4 hrs after check in time and the room was not prepared. I was then given a room that had a connected where the door wouldn't fully shut; the staff was accommodating once I went downstairs but the inconvenience was not pleasant. As a Honors member, I expect to have the room I pick especially when I arrive 4 hrs after check in time so 7pm to my reservation "
