"It was an ok stay. Bed wasn’t that comfy enough but for a one night stay it was ok. We felt the room never reached a comfy temp even thought radiators were at max. "
"The people were friendly and helpful.
The beds and the breakfast were very good
It was a bit hard to find the place by car.
The bedside lamps were not functioning.
Worst thing was the shower: the water drainage did not work. That needs fixing."
"The rooms were very filthy and stinky the person who was in charge to give the key was very unfriendly. I would not recommend anyone to stay in that hotel especially the women ."

"This is our go to place when we visit family in DK! You cannot beat the location with many rooms having harbor views. Great little restaurant downstairs and if you need any other food or shopping there is Frisketorvet Mall! "
"The best asset this hotel has is their helpful, professional and friendly staff. Check in was really good and the reception staff took their time to provided all the information you need and more. The rooms are clean and you have everything you need for a stay. It is convenient for the public transport into the city centre. Parking is free and easy to register and also appears safe. A really good hotel at a value for money price in Denmarks capital. "
"I loved the design and general atmosphere. My room was super quiet, even with the window open. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Café was lovely and delicious.
The bed was comfortable. I missed a coffee maker and a safe in the room. Lots of great restaurants and shops close by. General area felt ok safe even late at night and as a woman traveling alone, (best when you stay on the main road however). "
"Great hotel right in the heart of Copenhagen, just a stones throw from Tivoli, and a short little cab ride to Nyhavn and the Royal Theater (actually walkable if you want). Possibly THE BEST breakfast provided that I've ever seen anywhere. It is literally OFF THE HOOK! Can't even begin to describe the spread that takes up three rooms! Also a nice little reception desk that doubles as a bar and coffee center. Great place. And there is a grocery store right next door. No A/C proper, but rather "air cooling" they call it. Not the best, but that is normal for Europe."
