"This hotel is so conveniently close to Minato Mirai and probably one of the best views of Minato Mirai. The hotel has a wonderful spacious (public bath) onsen, restaurants, and even a Family Mart in the hotel. The room was tiny but luggage can easily be stored under the bed to maximize space. I would love to stay here again. "

"The family suite was attractive and elegant, plenty of room and very clean. Good range of amenities offered. Perfect hotel reception and room attendance for cleaning. We had booked a good price, perhaps in quiet/off season. Declined dining due to the price but could easily walk to nearby cafe and Chinatown stores"

"Everything was great. The only negative was because of my confusion with the international date line, we arrived a day late. Because the language difference, I was unable to discuss whether I could receive a partial refund for the for the day we missed."
