The hotel was often full of smoke, a good portion of the beds were extremely hard. the Traffic noise from outside was disturbing. the Breakfast was restricted and very average. The rooms and grounds are exceptional and create an immediate feeling of tranquillity (especially after a night spent on the overnight train from Da Nang!) We love the private pool that came with our villa, being able to ride through the rice fields on the complementary bikes, and eating the wonderful breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. 100% recommend."

"I had an incredible experience staying at Chez Cao. The staff was warm and welcoming, the room and the view were both gorgeous, and it is centrally located. I had to leave early and they packed me a to-go breakfast! They let me take a bike for free and I was able to ride to most of the major sites and restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again."
