Tv didnt work, checked the plug, the pins were the wrong style and could never have been plugged in at all - so was taken to the room, set up but never turned on. Sheets had small holes and stains. Aircon was good. Toilet paper or tissue on the floor of the bathroom when I entered. Wifi was very patchy

Not as nice as the photos make it out to be. Ok for a one night stopover.
Restaurant was not very good, but the roof top bar does some good cocktails.

Loved the pool and location .disappointments was that rooms are not sound proof we couldn’t sleep because of construction work Ac not working in the rooms
Bar and restaurant staff needs to pull their socks . We literally had to dry ourselves in the sun after swimming in the pool just because there was no one at the bar to give us pool towels we went down to reception asked for towels they told us to wait someone will come up and give us but no one came even after 30mins of wait could see only downfall and yea I think breakfast menu should be changed as it’s very basic.
Overall I would rather it 3star

Was a clean hotel not the most walkable location but I knew that already. Staff were great and I really enjoyed the hotels restaurant food. Breakfast was great each morning too and rooftop pool was great to visit and have a meal up there. No gym facilities at the moment

Construction right near by and pool was closed at 4pm for a function. Also the pool only opens at 8am which is late if you want to swim before going to a meeting etc.

I didn't like because our room was not ready at all, no electrical kettle, no AC, blockage of bathroom, no ironing board and iron was provided, we have to call operator to bring items i room

There is a big construction zone right next door to the hotel, as well as the hotel itself echoing when doors are closed and people talk in the hallway.
There’s no shade for the rooftop pool, so you’re sitting in constant sunlight.

The staff at Nalagi were awesome. I was checked in by Ms. Shaheena. She had a beautiful smile with pleasant demeanor. Also the managers and lobby man Jopa were excellent! Highly Recommended!!

The towels for this hotel are so small and it's not adult size. They are more like kids sizes. There's only one small standard size which is abit of an inconvenience.
The bathrooms aren't the cleanest and the rooms are average. It's practically what you pay.

This hotel is not close to any of the beaches or things to do… Do not recommend it for tourist I guess if you’re doing business in town that would be OK but it sure doesn’t feel like “figi”
