"Property is beautiful, many amenities available-from the toiletries, to the complementary afternoon/evening reception area, laundry facilities and on site restaurants. Rooms are updated and clean. Staff is professional and hospitable. Disney shuttle is great and hotel is attached to a train station and nearby food and shopping areas. Highly recommended!"

"We were placed on the “family or kid” floor (4th floor), that were oddly decorated (random theme that didn’t even align with a cohesive D theme- hand painted trees, witches and unicorns) despite not having any young children in our group which made the floor and the room seem very low budget. At check-in we were “upgraded to a fun room”. It had 3 single beds and a bunk beds- sleeping 5. Only one bed had an access to electric outlet. Also, this hotel houses multiple large school field trip groups, so at any given point there were hundreds of often unaccompanied middle schoolers in the lobby and other areas making it very chaotic to get through the lobby, or in an elevator or purchase something at the Lawsons connected to the hotel. Beginning around 5am, each morning there was constant stomping in the rooms and hallways above us and again at night until around 11pm. The hotel itself was nice, the staff was friendly and it was close proximity to the park, but I wouldn’t stay here again simply for the chaos of the multiple field trip groups they seem to host that is apparently the norm at this location. We stayed 3-nights and it was consistent the entire stay. The decor and feeling on the lower floors was also not Hilton quality - if you had very young children, you might appreciate it, but again, it seemed hand-painted and low budget, not professionally done. The location was great, but all things considered, I would try one of the other hotels next time."

"We enjoyed the hotel and resort. We came to watch a baseball game and the location was very convenient. We stored our luggage before check-in and after check out providing us time to explore the area. We were surprised that the shops were only open from the afternoon. Tattoos are not allowed in the public bath, unless you have a smaller one and cover it with a seal, available at the front. The staff were kind and helpful with ok knowledge of the area. They were unaware of the Monday closure of the nearby garden they recommended we visit. It is too bad there is no where we could enjoy the sunset on the bay without going to a restaurant. We found the Asian Sagar restaurant overpriced and not very good, don’t go! We enjoyed breakfast included and lunch at momo restaurant. we will definitely visit again, thank you."

"The staff are amazing at this hotel they really went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble and always so helpful and smiling. They lent us a stroller for Disney world and reserving parking was easy. They also let my daughter take a teddy from reception to the room which was so nice of them. The hotel is modern and clean and the rooms are perfect size for families. The breakfast is really good. The most memorable point for me is the staff as they were just amazing and it’s been one of my best stays."
