"Excellent stay. I would like to rent a room here again. It may look like it's far from the tourist areas of Tokyo, but the nearby Tsukuba Express makes it easy to get around.
The staff were wonderful and there's plenty of eating options nearby.

"Check in was crazy fast. Front desk staff were English speaking which helped a lot. All the staff we communicated with during our stay were so friendly. The gym has really nice machines, very well maintained. The food at the buffet smelled great, we didn’t have time to try it tho. The room was so clean and spacious and we didn’t hear any planes despite being so close to the airport. All in all, I’d definitely book this place again for my future travels. ALSO, FREE bus shuttles to and from the airport! Bus smells nice and feels clean and runs right on schedule. Don’t take taxi, they charged us $20 for a 5 minute ride to the hotel from the airport💀😂 (that was before we realized we could’ve used the Narita Tobu hotel bus that was parked at the airport) Thank you! "Great for families, the welcome lounge and room for supplies if you forget anything is amazing. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. Bathtub in the washrooms makes bathing kids so much easier. Free shuttle to disney and the hotel is connected by a walking bridge to the train station. Lawson convenience store attached to the lobby is also a bonus. Will be booking for future trips! "
