There is no elevator as I stayed at 3rd floor, as well as there are not enough parking lots. Staff can not provide any information about laundry and massage shop (useless). However, the room is clean and well decorated. I think it should be 7/10.

Thank you for staying with us and love our room. For the parking lots, there are a lot of parking lots behind the main building. For the laundry and massage shops, we had provided you the information and the directions how to get there, however, you might not be able to find the exact shop because there are very small laundry and massage shops and it was also hard to find it on google map, which we are really apologies about misunderstanding. This is a family built and owned hotel. It is about 15 months old and has a separate coffee shop serving breakfast light snacks and drinks . The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are very keen to help with information and suggestions. Food in Nakhon Si Thammarat is good and the town benefits from not being a touristy area but you ideally need a car to get to the beach, mountains etc If I return to NST I will definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel
Sat navy guided us easily to the hotel. Efficient and helpful staff made check in easy. Room was clean and spacious and nicely furnished. Drinking water was supplied. Bed was comfortable and little noise from outside. Parking on site.

L'hôtel est très agréable et soigné, état impeccable avec de très belles décorations. Le personnel est professionnel et sympathique, toujours le sourire et prêt à vous rendre service. Nous avons passé un séjour très confortable ici. Une belle salle de bain et nous avons très bien dormi. Grand parking.

สะอาด สะดวก สบาย
ไม่ไกลจากที่พักที่เคยไปคราวที่แล้ว ประทับใจมาก ไม่ได้คาดหวังไว้เลย เป็นโรงแรมใหม่ สะอาด สบาย ตกแต่งสวยงาม โทนสีสวย สบายตา ชอบเลย์เอ้าท์ของห้อง ชอบน้ำแรงดีค่ะ พื้นห้องน้ำใช้กระเบื้องแบบกันลื่น ไปกัน 3 คนมีคุณแม่ไปด้วย เลยเสริมเตียง แต่ก็นอนสบายมาก แถมมีอาหารเช้าให้อีก ที่คาเฟ่ของโรงแรมเอง ด้านหน้า อาหารเช้าจัดเป็นมุมเล็กๆ แต่ก็ครบ อิ่ม มีทั้งสลัดผัด ขนมปังปิ้ง มีแยมให้เลือกหลากหลาย ใช้ของดอยคำด้วยนะคะ ชอบๆ มีน้ำพริกผักสด ข้าวต้ม บะกุ๊กเต๋ไก่ ไข่ดาว แฮม ไส้กรอก ไม่คิดว่าจะดีขนาดนี้ ดีใจที่ลองจองดู คราวหน้าไป จะจองที่นี่อีกแน่นอนค่ะ
