Very spacious and comfortable rooms, very clean and fairly short walking distance to town centre. Friendly hosts who made us feel really at home, would stay there again next time.

Really appreciated Manager Gary who helped us get the room we wanted and even called to make sure we liked the room. Great view of the ocean and nice small town feel. Gary helped us find a great Indian restaurant right near the hotel.

A very nice hotel recently modernized. Superb outlook. About a 45 minute walk or NZ$15 taxi into central Napier.
A good selection of restraints around the harbour nearby (5 to 10 min walk)

Quirky motel in a quirky town. Only stayed one night. The room spa was a plus and so was the beautiful view. Room had everything we needed. I would suggest a different placement for the rubbish bins as when we parked near the luggage lift the smell was quite unpleasant and set an unecessary negative image. Overall good , wpuld stay again.

The area is safe and quiet, however parking seems a bit inconvenient without complimentary parking after 8am although hotel check out is at 10am. There’s a countdown nearby for groceries, but not much shopping available.

The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortably sized for two people. However, the parking charges were slightly expensive compared to other accommodations I stayed at during my 19-day road trip across the North Island. Overall is good !!
