They would not allow us on the rooftop terrace and gave no explanation. Then reluctantly gave us 5 supervised minutes.There were no laundry facilities as stated. The staff at the desk were laughing and making fun of us ( assumed we couldn’t understand ) There was a great deal of mold in the shower and our room door only opened half way.

Dirty hotel in co hosted area
We stayed there three weeks before we were to go back for a second time. We chose to go to another hotel and just forfeit the non refundable fee for booking. The bathroom was dirty, toothpaste scum around faucet, shower was full of soap scum and there was a brown spot on a small stool near the shower, it wiped right off with a face cloth it was under our clean towels. Also stains above the bed headboard. Cigarette holes in sheets and bedspread.

Very dirty bathroom. Dirty and holes in bed covering. The sheets had holes.
If this is a three star hotel, boy I would hate to see a 2. Have paid for another stand will forfeit the money to stay in a better quality hotel.

Chambre spacieuses mais mal isolées entre elles. Personnel très sympathique. Une toute petite plage libre à 300m. Par contre, les ballades dans le quartier ne sont pas très agréables car il y a énormément de voitures. Il faut prendre le métro ou la voiture pour s'aérer.

Una maravilla de vacaciones!
Super amables todos!!! No hubo una persona que no sea atenta. El parking estaba dentro del hotel. Los señores de la recepción super atentos y amables sobre todo el señor de la tarde que sabía de todo y me encanta como me explicaba las cosas de ahí y de Nápoles. El hotel está súper bien ubicado, hay miles de bares y restaurantes al rededor. El señor que servía los desayunos también te amable y hasta los que limpiaban las habitaciones. La verdad que fuimos con mi familia y nos encantó todo le damos un 100!!!

L'hotel si trova in una zona ideale per visitare, oltre che Pozzuoli, tanti bellissimi luoghi, partendo da Napoli, passando per i vari siti archeologici campani. Anche Caserta con la Reggia sono raggiungibili senza fatica! L'albergo è pulito e la colazione abbondante. Potrebbe essere molto valorizzato con la ristrutturazione della terrazza all'ultimo piano.

Personale gentile e disponibile, pulizia e cambio biancheria perfetto.Colazione e ristorante all'altezza. In bagno sarebbe da cambiare qualche accessorio come il soffione doccia arrugginito e pieno di calcare e fissare il copri water.

Ottima soluzione per visitare i Campi Flegrei
La posizione è centrale, un:ottima base per visitare i Campi Flegrei, l'hotel dignitoso, le camere spaziose e pulite, la colazione accettabile, il personale gentile, nel nostro soggiorno non c'è stata alcune nota stonata. Un soggiorno più che gradevole

Il posto è molto bello. Nelle vicinanze bellezze naturali, spiagge e terme ma l’hotel avrebbe bisogno di essere ristrutturato, gli arredi nelle camere sono vecchi e deteriorati. La tv in camera non funzionava e non ce l’hanno aggiustata. Non ci tornerò di sicuro!!!!

Soğuk, pis ve kahvaltı ücretli.
Oda + kahvaltı konaklamamıza rağmen kişi başı 5 Euro kahvaltı ücreti ödemek zorunda kaldık. Oda çok soğuktu, klima ısıtmak için yetersiz kalıyordu. Wi-Fi zayıftı. Banyo ve yataklar çok kötüydü, temizlik yetersizdi. Tek olumlu yanı araç park yerinin bulunmasıydı. Napoli'ye gidip-gelirken otoban ücreti ödeniyor.

Hotel comodo mezzi e servizi, siamo nel centro di Arco Felice, la stazione è a 2 passi, il mare pure, il parcheggio interno è ottimo. La camera è comoda e pulita. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Un due stelle piuttosto che tre!!!
Modesta struttura che ha tre stelle (in realtà due sarebbero quelle meritate) in quel di Arco Felice, località facente parte del comune di Pozzuoli (Napoli)! La pulizia della camera lascia un po' a desiderare, così come il suo comfort acustico (ogni mattina sentivo il vicino di stanza ascoltare il tg dal suo televisore, il vociare nei corridoi di un gruppo di ragazzi, l'andirivieni di auto dal parcheggio interno, ecc. ecc.). Personale in generale cortese, tranne un receptionist che lavora alla sera/notte! La piccola manutenzione alle stanze, nonostante sia necessaria ed anche richiesta, non viene fatta!!!

Hotel essenziale adeguato al suo prezzo
Albergo datato da ristrutturare ma pulito, è un 2 stelle. Abbiamo chiesto più volte di sostituire una lampadina da comodino non funzionante, ma senza esito. Il buffet della colazione molto essenziale. Camere senza aria condizionata ma fresche (fuori c'erano 35 gradi). Personale giovane e gentile.

Bedste beliggenhed i pragtfulde omgivelser
Hotellet ligger meget centralt i bydelen Arco Felice i Pozzouli. Overnatning i dobbeltværelse med eget bad/toilet kostede 394 kr. pr døgn, hvilket inkluderede WiFi, Tv samt morgenmad. Billigt men godt. Vi kan varmt anbefale hotellet, hvis man skal på en romantisk smuttur til Napoli. Tog, bus eller udlejningsbil er inden for gåafstand af hotellet og bydelen har alt, hvad man kan tænke sig af typiske Napolitanske forretninger, cafeer og spisesteder. Personalet på hotellet var ekstremt serviceminded, og yderst hjælpsomme. Kort og godt.. hvis man kan lide den napolitanske levevis, så er dette hotel et fortrinligt udgangspunkt til alle oplevelserne.

come da titolo, giusto per una notte anche se nell'insieme l'hotel è gradevole, sono i dettagli che lasciano a desiderare, letto matrimoniale con materassi singoli (li odio), anta della porta della doccia rotta e luce principale mancante. Il personale e gentile.
