犬と一緒に一泊させていただきました。我が家の愛犬は、吠えるので、部屋の鉄製ドア一枚では、他所の犬の吠える声に反応して、何度も起こされ、泣きそうになった。よく見ると、部屋を隔てる内ドアをリノベの際に撤去❓した様子。風呂も良いし、朝食も美味しい、ドックランも良かっただけに残念。是非とも防音の対応策をお願いしたい。そこが改善出来れば再度お邪魔したい。

スタッフの方が、とても対応よく心地良かったです。 浴場の更衣室に、髪の毛が多かったのが…ちょっと残念でした。 スリッパを間違われたので、目印か何かあると嬉しいかもしれません。 ドライヤーが、部屋にも設置されているお知らせがあると良いかもしれません。

お世話になれました。フロントの対応も素晴らしく、気持ち良い旅行が出来ました。が、朝夕関わらず大浴場の露天で4-5人が周りに腰湯して大きな声で仲間の話をされていて、露天に入るのができませんでした、男湯の方にも相当聞こえていたようです。宿泊者すべての人が温泉で気持ち良く入れるような最低限のマナーを守ってほしいと思いました、
