"I had a very pleasant stay at Luciano K Hotel in Santiago. The staff were truly outstanding — warm, attentive, and consistently helpful from check-in to check-out, making the whole experience feel smooth and personal. As an Expedia Platinum member, I also received a nice room upgrade, which was much appreciated and added extra comfort to the stay. I also liked the room itself — it had a number of small designer touches and interesting details that made it feel a bit more unique than a standard hotel room, without being over the top. Overall, a very positive experience, with excellent service at the heart of it."
