"Friendly and warm staff. Hotel location is great for most things and easy to find. Room was nice but did not look as advertised. When using the iron, the fuse blew out and took out all the electrics! We reported to reception. Not great. Breakfast was very good with lots of options hot and cold. The bar is lovely to relax and watch the world go by. We would stay here again because of the location."

"Very clean and comfortable. The coffee maker in-room was a constant challenge but we dealt with it. Our view was of the railroad station and tracks (not so hot) but the others in our party had rooms overlooking the city which were excellent. The staff was awesome and couldn’t have been more helpful. The location can’t be beat being right there in the center of the action and adjacent to the Centraal Station. I would definitely stay here again without even looking at other options."
