"Beautiful, well maintained, historic hotel run by amazing people. The owners are very polite and helpful - the hotel exceeded our expectations- located very conveniently and right on a canal. You can explore all the main attractions by foot or with easy connections to the tram. We will most certainly stay here again when our travels bring us to this beautiful city

"Honestly, the quality of the rooms is on a whole other level. The staff was wonderful. The restaurant, well simply amazing.
It’s only con (which may be a pro to some people) is that you are literally on Dam Square. So it’s busy, very busy.
Other than that, no notes! "

"Very unique and beautiful historic building. My room had a great view of a canal with houseboats. Easy walking distance from train station and countless cute restaurants and shops in the old town canals and alleyways."
"The hotel is located in a perfect spot that is quite but also close to lots of restaurants and the central station. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the room and beds were nice, renovated and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This hotel was amazing and right next to Vondel park with the ability to rent bicycles and such.
The breakfast was amazing and totally worth the added cost!! "
"Great location. Easy public transportation right in front of the hotel. Buzzling dining & shopping options in the surrounding area.
The room itself is very clean and well laid out for its small size. Our bed mattresses are firm and comfortable. We have absolutely no trouble falling asleep on our first night.
Bathroom is spacious and well supplied. We opt out of daily room service and get drink coupons instead. The front desk also supplies one free water bottle per day.
Helpful staff at both front desk and dining area. We arrived 1 hour early and they still let me check in our room.
We will definitely return to this place."
