"Staff was so courteous and friendly. Very accesable and the view especial from the 24th floor was awesome."
"Everything was pretty spectacular, except for one thing: we'd reserved a room with 2 double beds for 2 adults and 2 kids. They upgraded our room to the 30th floor with a King bed and rollout double; however, the rollout double was barely big enough for one child so we had to sleep 2 adults and 1 child in the King, which also seemed small for a King and was crowded. A second rollout wasn't allowed, unfortunately. Staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Room was modernly upgraded and the gym was solid, love the 24 hr access. The bathroom door could actually close a bit more securely so other guests don't need to hear or potentially see everything."
"The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and that definitely makes the difference between an enjoyable stay and a poor one.
