"Staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived at 8Am so they stored our luggage and gave me a call when our room was ready (earlier than promised). This is a lovely boutique hotel centrally located in Baixxa neighborhood. They offered us a complimentary cocktail. We were able to walk to most places of interest from the hotel. I would love to return to this hotel! "

"This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Location, amenities, service, etc etc. All 10 out of 10. Everything was included in our room fee - spa access, room mini bar, even the extensive snd delicious breakfast. The hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and worry free, down to the smallest details. Special thanks to Joanna, who was kind, understanding and extremely helpful with a passport issue we were having. In Lisbon we would never think of staying anywhere else. "

"Perfect location right in the middle of everything but around the corner so not noisy. No breakfast available but the place next-door has breakfast so it’s fine. It looks like there was a brand new bathroom. This was the cleanest bathroom I’ve ever seen with absolutely not once spec of mildew mould in the grouting! Price was quite good"
