Hotel shuttle from airport essential as private taxi very expensive & difficult to find at airport. Hotel initially tried to push shuttle from central Rome to hotel - far (30km) away & pricey. I was advised late of the airport shuttle to the hotel and it was too late to organize. Uber and private taxi both very expensive and difficult to find at airport. "

"The room was very clean and all staff were very attentive and friendly. The spa is remarkable and bathrobe-happy-hour was fun and a nice touch. Only area where improvement is needed is the quality of the food at the buffet for lunch. It was not at the quality of everything else in the property"
