10/10 Excellent

"Stars: 4/5 Review: The location here is excellent! It’s only a 5-minute walk from the lobby to the sand. They have beach chairs and umbrellas already set up right next to the bar/restaurant. The breakfast is included and it’s decent, though it lacks variety and they charge extra for certain items like bacon. Cleanliness was good and above average. As for the service, it varied—some staff members went completely above and beyond, while others just did the bare minimum for their job. Still, you can't beat the beach access!"

"We were here for 10 days from the end of June - July 2026, the weather was good , the scenery was amazing, the walk to the rooms was also good as it allowed to get a few steps in after meals. The meals provided in the buffet restaurants were generally the same food served daily. The mini bar in rooms were restocked every 2nd day, which was good. The cleaners cleaned daily however sheets were not changed daily. The resort itself, although stated it was a family resort, the entertainment was more of a clubbing vibe for younger adults, also the live entertainment by dancers were absolutely amazing however, again I feel this was or should be focused more on adults not children, therefore I feel there should be separate entertainment for under 12s. Nevertheless the staff were friendly and catered to all your needs , the only other negative part was the medical center as there did not appear to be any first aid on the beach and when enquired at the medical center, we were advised if treatment was required it would be provided at a cost as they are a private company."

"Biggest beach on 7 mile with lots of space so youre not right on top of everyone. The walk out beach rooms have to be requested upon booking otherwise you get a balcony but they were very accomadating and moved us. Staff are super friendly and fun. Some have mild facial expressions but theyre just hot. Food was really good at lemon grass and the palms. Regardless of reviews that say they water down their drinks they definately do not! The rooms were pretty outdated but if youre not spending alot of time in there that doesn't really matter. My only qualm is that they weren't cleaned great , there was constantly other people's hair in my room which grosses me out and sometimes they didnt sweep off the porch from the sand. The grounds was pretty well kept though."

"I had a great stay at White Sands Negril. The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly, understanding, and always willing to help. My only concern was that the security deposit wasn't mentioned before booking, but the staff handled the situation professionally and were very accommodating. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again."
