"The balcony view of the plaza lights close to Christmas was amazing. We enjoyed the concierge level benefits with breakfast in particular. The checkin/out was seamless and valet was quick despite being quite crowded, we did leave right at checkout time. Overall a wonderful stay"
"I don’t have enough space to type how SPECTACULAR my experience has been at this hotel. The staff, my room, the food has all been a 10/10 experience. Thank you!!!!"

"The facility is clean and the service is wonderful. Our room had a double whirlpool tub that we enjoyed very much! We werent expecting it but it was just wonderful. The hotel is close to so many KC venues. The area is at the edge of downtown so its a mix of retail, industry, corporate, and some street people. But nothing unexpected in a downtown area. The small parking lot is enclosed but we saw no reason to be concerned. We felt safe and just truly enjoyed the people we met who work there. "
"The room was very clean, it is a very cool property. The parking(as clearly stated in the description) was a bit challenging, but we were able to park our SUV with a little bit of effort. If everyone would pay close attention, they could fit a couple more vehicles in their lot. Great spot, quick walk to and from The Plaza. We would definitely stay here again!"
