"All of the front desk attendants were very welcoming and kind. The hotel was perfectly located with plenty of parking, which was a plus. We took the shuttle bus down to Crown Center which was a breeze. The breakfast exceeded our expectation and was an added benefit to get our day started out well. Our room was clean and smelled wonderful. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was one of the best I have had in a hotel and the towels were large. The only issue we had during our stay was that our AC unit was a bit loud. I reported it, but it was too late in the evening to have it looked at and we only stayed one night. Also, the doors to the rooms are very loud when they close, which was an issue at 11:30 at night. But overall, the stay was wonderful and we would definitely return again."

"Was unaware this property is in foreclosure and changing hands, but the staff was excellent and helpful. The restaurant was well run with very good food and reasonable prices. The outdoor pool deck could use attention, and the pool was freezing cold so we didn’t get in. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the Plaza, so we sat outside morning and evening. Again, it could use some attention and a thorough scrubbing of the chairs (or maybe new), but we did enjoy it there. I’m looking forward to seeing what new ownership may bring, but I would stay here again. The rooms are pricey for an older hotel, but the location is great!"

"The room was large, modern and very clean, as was the rest of the motel. It’s centrally located to a lot of upscale shopping and restaurants, but if you’re looking for casual dining, that’s a short drive from there. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"This boutique hotel was perfect. The room was so clean. Two sitting rooms open to all guest and outdoor porch and garden were well maintained. There is a mini fridge, microwave and ice maker to use in common area. The hotel is in a quaint area with local coffee shops and walking distance to free street car that takes you downtown. Street parking was easy to find in front of the hotel and the extra spots in the parking lot nearby are a short walk."
