Safe location. Lots of staff trying to be helpful. Breakfast was outstanding with friendly, caring staff. Bathroom updates fell short. Shower poorly designed, water ends up everywhere.

Comfortable, affordable, clean, central, reasonably quiet. Liked our stay here and would happily stay again. It’s in a busy area but the hotel itself is quiet thanks to decent windows. The restaurant in the hotel is also very tasty and affordable. The staff are nice and accommodating.

Staff was very helpful. The room I stayed in was one of the older ones but they are refurbishing them and I saw several of the new ones. They are beautiful. It is a heritage hotel and the experience is very special.

Room was nice. Staff courteous. Buffet dinner excellent. Walls thin. We were there for only 8 hours between long flights, hoping to get some good sleep. The people in the room next door was there to party in their room most of the night.
