"Very good menu selection at breakfast and dinner. Food was of very good quality and value for money. The bedroom was spacious and scrupulously clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Personal gripe was the Service Charge automatically added to the dinner bill in the restaurant. There were no issues when I asked for it to be removed. I then gave a tip, in cash, at a percentage of my choosing. The way it should be."

"Room was small, dated ( not a huge issue) and the wallpaper dirty and scruffy, the room was dusty. The bathroom was again very small, dated, the shower was a nightmare to get right, water pressure was good. Again dirty behind tap fittings and wall fan. We could hear the neighbours snoring so walls are fairly thin. Bed was very comfortable and plenty of t.v channels. The pool was ok, not the cleanest. Location good but beware if you drive here it's 12-15 pound to park in the hotel. "
