Can't fault it in anyway. Rooms were spotless staff were very helpful. An excellent first time stay enjoyed the use of swimming and spa . Already planning my next stay. Breakfast was amazing too.

The hotel itself was good. Rooms and amenities was good, staff were pleasant and helpful. Food was good, however a more upmarket resturant would have been nice instead of a sports bar. The down side was that they have wedding receptions, trying to get to sleep while music is being blasted out for hours is not relaxing. I wouldn't have paid to stop there if Id had known that The room would sound like the inside of a night club.

Clean room,easy check in, nice pool ,sauna etc. Good location. Downsides- £7.50 parking overnight parking is too high- why do we have to pay as a guest when room rate is already quite high plus breakfast not included? Pool area by showers and changing room was dirty and full of hair etc. Starbucks breakfast teacake was stale. Easy check out. It's very busy and can get noisy.

First time staying at this hotel, on entry the staff were very welcoming, facilities were more than expected. Good food, amazing sleep as our bed was very comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for the weekend.

The staff at check in and throughout our stay we're really friendly and helpful, we felt at ease straight away The room was a good size, recently refurbished and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, both hot and cold options, and the dining area was well spaced out. Would definitely return to this hotel if we were in the area again 😊

Nice hotel in the Wirral. Nice facilities such as Bar, restaurant, gym pool etc however gym and pool isn’t included in the stay, you have to pay extra and also parking you have to pay extra. Staff weren’t particularly helpful, I had to ask about the pool and had to ask about breakfast times, they didn’t tell us anything until I asked. Room was spacious but too hot and no air con. Bath needed a rinse before I could use it

Lovely Hotel, polite and helpful staff on every department. Clean and comfortable rooms, great food with large portions. Lots of parking spaces available. Ideal for business use, my only downside was no water in the room.

Hotel was immaculate and the facilities excellent. The rooms themselves were large and spacious with everything you needed. The only slight issue was there was no plug socket near the mirror in one room and in another there wasn't one by the one bed...but we could get around these.

Stayed 2 nights. Really good hotel. Excellent facilities. Lovely breakfast. Nice rooms. The only negative comment is we had very noisy neighbours on our first night who had people in their room and played loud music from 12.30am until 2.30am which was not what you want for a weekend away. Otherwise would recommend.
