Otel yeni açılış yaptığı için ufak tefek sıkıntılar oldu ama, işletme sahibi Atıl bey her türlü sorunumuzu en kısa zamanda içtenlikle çözdü. Samimiyetinden ve Gülen yüzünden dolayı kendisine teşekkür ediyoruz.

Amazing experience

The Host was great, he was in touch with all the time helping me wit everything. The host arranged for me the ballon flight and the transportations from the airport. The breakfast was good. The host is able to speak English, Spanish and Turkish fluently, which is very helpful. The rooms are amazing you definitely will live the experience of staying in a cave. The hotel is in a very good location with lots of restaurants and souvenir stores around. If you want to have a very relaxing time, this will be perfect for you, because is a quiet place.

Mükemmel olmasına ramak var :)

Odalar çok temiz. tarz olarak çok hoş. Otel yeni oldugu için mutfak kahvaltı servisi tam oturmamış yine de özenliydi. Tek kusur temizliğe rağmen odada kara sinekler vardı. Bir daha gidersem sinek spreyi ile gider yine aynı otelde kalırım :)

En temel sorun odanın ısısıydı. 2 gece 3 gündüz konakladım ama özellikle geceleri çok soğuktu. Banyoda sıcak su resmen yoktu ve bence yeterince temiz değildi. Otelde tek beğendiğim şey kahvaltısıydı orada çalışan abla ilgili davrandı.

Otelin konumu temizliğinden ve kahvaltısından memnun kaldık. Resepsiyondaki arkadaş gayet ilgiliydi yardımcı oldu. Bizim kaldığımız oda üst katta olduğu için petekleri açmadıklarını söylediler ısıtıcı verdiler ama faydası olmadı bu yüzden çok üşüdük. Soğuk dışında her şeyden memnun kaldık.

Perfeita. Um dos funcionários fala português super bem. Eles me ajudaram muito com o transporte do aeroporto, passeios feita na Capadócia que são muito mais baratos reservando com eles, fizeram um tour comigo pela região da capadócia. Eles são muito pacientes e amigáveis. Eu amei a estadia.

Otel fiyat/performans açısından tatmin ediciydi. Oldukça makul bir ücret karşılığında iyi bir hizmet aldık. Oda ferah ve büyüktü. Kahvaltı başarılıydı. Otel personeli güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Ancak eksik noktalara da değinmek istiyorum. Otele dar ve kötü bir yoldan ulaşıyorsunuz araba park yerleri bulunmuyor. Bu durum araçla gelecekler için ciddi bir dezavantaj biz şans eseri güzel bir yerde park yeri bulabildik. Odada maalesef bir oturma alanı düşünülmemiş sadece bir sini ve üzerine eşyalarımızı koyabildiğimiz extra yatak vardı. Yatak bir miktar gıcırdıyordu ve çok rahat değildi. Odada bardak ve terlik yoktu ancak istediğimizde hemen temin ettiler. Ayrıca son olarak çift kişilik yatakta tek kişilik yorgan vardı.

Beklentinizi düşürün hatta minimuma indirin

Resepsiyonda bizi karşılayan görevli içinde bulunduğumuz pandemi döneminde özellikle dikkat edilmesi gerektiğini düşündüğüm HES kodu sorgulaması yapmadı ve hatta kimlik de istemedi. Yalnızca 1 kişinin TCKN’sini alarak işlem yaptı. Odamıza gittiğimizde içeride aşırı rutubet kokusu vardı, banyoda cam ya da yeterli büyüklükte bir havalandırma olmadığından içerisi sürekli ıslaktı. Lavabodan da duşakabinden de sürekli zemine su sızıyordu. İçerideki havalandırma yeterli olmadığı için sürekli ıslak bir zemin, sürekli nemli ve bu sebeple de kötü kokan havlular vardı. Aydınlatma yetersizdi. Duvardaki aplikler ile duvarlar ve tavan arasında örümcek ağları vardı. Ortam genel olarak temiz değildi. Odaya gittiğimizde terlik ve hatta içme suyu dahi yoktu. Dolaplara fazla gelen birkaç ıvır zıvır tıkıştırılmış vaziyetteydi. Kahvaltısı aşırı çeşitli olmasa da yeterliydi. Oteldeki diğer görevliler güler yüzlü ve mümkün olduğunca ilgiliydiler ancak girişte karşılaştığımız kişi için aynısını söylemem çok mümkün değil ne yazık ki. Araçla gidenler için ise otopark sıkıntısı büyük. Sokaklar çok dar ve etraftaki birkaç otel sebebiyle araç yoğunluğu fazla olduğundan aracı park etmekte zorlandık.

Öncelikle tereddütle gittiğim bir yerdi.Fakat işletmenin sahipleri o kadar içten ve sıcak insanlardı ki kendimizi hala evimizdeymişiz gibi hissettirdiler.Otel sahibi Açıl beyin muazzam yönlendirmeleriyle müthiş bir gezi yaptık.Uğur beyin samimi sohbeti ve alakası ile evimizdeki gibi rahatlığı yaşadık.Her birisine ayrı ayrı teşekkür eder ve gönül rahatlığıyla herkeze tavsiye edebilirim

the hospitality and welcoming of staff goes beyond all expectations. They catered for all my needs for no extra charge whatsoever and did all this with a smile. Aura cave suits is atmospheric and has a beautiful decor. My room was super clean and comfortable. I highly recommended this place if the highest rating is 5 * this place should get 7. I loved every minute.

Perfect hotel. The best price and quality ratio.

Hotel is very clean. Rooms are big and comfortable. Location is perfect close to all points to watch balloons. Hotel’s staff is kind and nice. Breakfast is buffet with delicious local made food. In front of the hotel there is BMW motorcycle manufactured in 1964. Очень красивый и чистый отель! Сепер обслуживание, вкусный завтрак, отличное место расположение! Рекомендую!

Kış Uykusu'ndan Ağustos'a

Göreme'de merkeze bu kadar yakın bir konumda olması bir yana, Atıl Bey'in özellikle önerdiği rotayı takip ederek, bu kadar kısa bir sürede mükemmel bir tatil yaptık. Otelin özellikle resepsiyon ve odaları arasındaki geçişte Nuri Bilge Ceylan'ın Kış Uykusu'ndaki Aydın Bey'in geçişi geldi gözümün önüne... Odalar temiz, sessiz, teras çok ferah, kahvaltı fazlasıyla doyurucu ve lezzetli. Son olarak da belki de bu seneye özel (Ağustos 2020) fiyatı çok çok iyiydi. Fazlasıyla memnun kaldım.

Güzel ama konforsuz

Klimasız Ağustos ayında gerçekten sıcak oluyor. İnce duvarlar yüzünden hem komşu sesleri hem de köpek havlamaları sinir bozuyor biraz. Ayrıca park yeri sorun tabi ama bu genel olarak varmış. Fakat bunlar sadece kötü yönleri. Diğer açılardan gayet iyiydi.
