Staff very friendly and the room is very clean. Staff can help to make all kinds of entertainment reservations so very helpful. Only one thing for the room, the shower head definitely needs some improvement. Right now the water flow is too strong and hard to control.

It was a quick trip but the staff was so friending and accommodating. The room and property was good. Breakfast was good too. I will be back in the summer for the hot air balloons since it was cancelled my visit.

Comfortable, but not Accessible
Terrific, friendly, accommodating staff. Nice room with firm mattress and nice, powerful rain shower. No washcloths or luffa and no bar soap, so a washcloth would be nice. Unbelievably beautiful view from 4th floor restaurant and lounge, but no elevator and the steps are pretty but narrow. Accessibility is an issue.

The bathroom was not that clean Food is good but there is no restaurant or anything after 10:30 am u can just get water or tea or coffee from the front desk In are last day we have to leave the hotel at 7:30 am we went to get snacks before we leave like 7:25 am they kicked us out even tho I told I don’t want to eat or anything just be quick before the shuttle gets there They didn’t care even though everything was ready It’s cool place but u can get something better for less money we went out and saw the other hotels in the area

Like bed the hotel! Convenient location, parking is available but gotta loor for it. Breakfast is nice especially tea selection, the terrace is nice.

Simple perfect!
The hotel is just perfect! The interiors are new, comfy and stylish. The rooftop is so spacious and beautiful, and you can take millions of instagrammable photos with the hot air balloons during sunrise. Their staff are all caring and thoughtful. Highly recommend to all the people going to Cappadocia!

A++ customer service
Best part of this hotel was their staff and their excellent customer service. Staff were super helpful - we had a problem with our room bathroom initially and they moved us to another room while they fixed it. Whenever we needed tips for tours or where to go, they had all the answers. Rooms were clean and spacious. Roof terrace had amazing views for sunrise balloons and breakfast was fantastic. Loved our stay

The staff at Osmanli are friendly and helpful. The hotel is newer and modern. Great size rooms and includes a nice breakfast. The hotel is about 10 min walk from the center of town but close to tour meet up spots.

You wont regret going there!
Osmanli hotel is a clean, well-managed, beautifully designed hotel with awesome customer service and impressive breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel. The only thing that they could improve is to install an elevator for people with disability.

Amazing Cappadocia
I travelled with my wife for 3 days and 2 nights in Cappadocia and Osmanli simply made it a memorable trip. The staff's hospitality and friendliness is the highlight here, it almost felt like a home away from home.
