"Staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was lacking this time during our stay. There wasn’t any yogurt, very little fruit, only apples on the one day. Milk for my coffee came from a large jug and not little milkers which was inconvenient. The toilet in our room did not flush very well and the mirror in the washroom had a big chip where someone could cut themselves."

"Keys never work, rooms are rarely maintained and often have bugs under appliances. The hallways smell awful and are stained everywhere. All the doors are unlocked and not secure to the outside."

Room: peeling paint, chipped furniture, stains on the wall not cleaned, rust on the bathroom door frame, bathroom vent not working, tub/shower not level so water does not fully drain out of the tub. This is not appropriate for a Hilton property and the cost associated with the reservation."
