"Absolutely incredible hotel. Room was super spacious, beautiful and amazingly comfortable bed and linen. Bath and separate shower. Breakfast (included in my price) is MIND BLOWING. It's too hard to explain - but they have Movenpick ice cream buffet, noodle station, hot food (i.e. mains style), eggs, crispy bacon, charcuterie station, fresh sour dough that you cut yourself, pastries, dessert pastries, cheese - EVERYTHING you can dream off. Served in the most beautiful luxurious dining room. (check out the bathrooms connected to the dining room). My room also included the salon, amazing convenience. I could sit in a beautiful spacious room, where I was served freshly made tea. They had a great selection of snacks and also had wine, beer, spirits to self help. I also managed to use the gym every morning, a really great selection of equipment and there was plenty for anyone that wanted to exercise. Had I known the hotel also had a 3 Micheline star restaurant, I would've tried to make a reservation to eat, but alas it was CNY and fully booked. HIGHLY recommend, worth every dollar!"

"We throughly enjoyed every aspect of our nine days stay at Gtand Hyatt Taipei! The staff were personal, well trained and friendly. Special thank to Cafe assistant manager Paul Yu. We were being neglected by one of the server at dinner table, after h found out the circumstance , he immediately personally intervened to solve the issue in a very professional way. We’re impressed by his attentive and approachable attitude to handle the problem. He is a great asset to this hotel! "

"The staff definitely stood out the most! They were attentive to our needs but more than that they followed up to make sure everything was okay. My daughter’s hand was pinched in the elevator and the rushed to provide ice and check in on her hand the next day. It was thoughtful. The room was also clean, spacious enough for 2 adults and a 1 year old (I was provided a crib), and breakfast had great options and a decent spread. The location was also nice. Not in the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to a bunch of areas. "
