"My room was large and comfortable. The tv was not working and they sent a person up to my room to fix it very quickly. But I found some seeds on the floor and tags in the bathroom that were not from my clothes. Overall I had a great time and would stay again though"

"Large room/suite was lovely but lighting was a bit dim. Still, a favorite place to stay while in the Syracuse area. Nice breakfast too. "

"The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The room could use some updating and a bit more cleaning, but it was good enough. I do wish the garbage compactor and kitchen sink were deodorized as the odor was a little strong. In the end, I would stay there again. "
