Perfect stay!

Brilliant location, could see the ball drop from our living room, which was exciting. The staff are all so friendly, would highly recommend staying here. The location is obviously brilliant, but the convenience of having a kitchen and laundry when away for an extended period of time can not be understated.

The staff, extraordinary!!!! Every front desk and doorman and housekeeper, they were all absolutely amazing and quickly became extended friends. The hotel is locked 24/7 with staff always at the desk. It truly was a feeling of being at home as the room was a great apartment setting. The location was perfect for walking to many things. We met lots of returning guests and plan to return as well.

Great place to stay over a week

If you stay longer than a week in NYC, this is perhaps one of the best products out there in the market. We stayed in a studio with den (family of three) and there is plenty of space for all of us. There is a kitchen to do cooking should we be tired of eating out. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the room which is a luxury for my wife on holiday travels. The location is at Times Square, which can however get a little crazy in terms of crowds. But it is at a central location. The staff at the lobby are all friendly and helpful.

Our room was big, clean and quiet. The bathroom was very small. Suite was very dark because of the few windows. Unfortunately I our neighbors cooked ever day and it smelled very bad. Opening the windows did not help because starting in the early afternoon it smelled as bad from the outside. And: Always have in mind that there is only a one time housekeeping per week. This is not a hotel.

AKA na 44 Street

O hotel e espetacular em termos de localização, pessoal agradavel e simpaticos. Ja fiquei no AKA algumas vezes porem desta vez fiz a reserva baseada na foto e a mesma nao representava o quarto.. embora grande para NY, nao tinha cozinha minima e precisei pedir ao pessoal um frigobar. na vezes que fiquei anteriormente , e que foram base das minhas expectativas, tinha cozinha completa quando de 2 quartos , geralmente com filho e nora, normal , mas a foto do quarto , eramos um casal so desta vez,me levou a imaginar algo mais completo do que o recebido. o que ajudou foi a simpatia e bom senso do pessoal da recepção. vou voltar ?? sim, sempre que puder, mas desta vez farei a seleção de forma mais crivel. ligarei e me informarei melhor sobre o que tem ou nao no apartamento, pois assim evito desapontamentos. o custo beneficio desta vez nao foi o esperado.. diria abaixo da media.

Great Times Square Hotel

This hotel was amazing. It was comfortable, everyone was friendly. It was well situated to visit all of Manhattan. Very little noise heard from adjoining rooms.

Nice room

enjoyed my stay. Room clean a little work on the kitchen cabinets and the bathroom door but overall nice. Modern decor comfortable. Location was amazing could walk to many things. I would recommend this hotel and will stay there again. A small note if you upgrade make sure you look at the fee which is in addition to the new rate, I was disappointed by that because I was not info there was a fee to upgrade the room.

Great location, 30 seconds from Times Square, perfect for a four day tourist visit. Superbly clean and modern, staff always friendly. Two bedroom suite was a good size and well-equipped. It worked really well for a family of four as a quiet refuge after the long hot days of NYC tourism. Only minor downsides to note were it was very dark with no views at all, but that is not uncommon in NYC and the upside of that is there was no street noise at all in our suite. I prefer silence over views. The other oddity is the 'Terrace' which exists, but was completely empty of anything (no chairs) and they don't have a rooftop bar either, despite the website talking about both and there being signs inside to both. They should either use it, or turn it into rooms. That said there's not a shortage of bars nearby. I would stay again and recommend.

お部屋は、綺麗でオシャレ 清潔で必要以上のサービスでなく こちらからのリクエストにより 掃除が入るという便利なものでした。 部屋に洗濯機、乾燥機があり キッチンも必要最低限のものが揃っていたので 朝は近くのスーパーで食材を買い揃えクッキングできて ２週間の滞在は快適でした。 ドアマンは常時居てくれて安心だし、いつも フロントの方、ドアマンの方は笑顔で挨拶してくれて、こちらの質問にも丁寧に答えてくれてとても感じ良かったです。 タイムズスクェアまで、1分くらいと交通の便も良く移動が楽でした。 シャワーは、天上からのレインシャワーでした。日本人の私としては長い滞在なのでバスタブがあればもう言うことなしの最高のホテルでした。 ペントハウスには、毎朝コーヒーなどが用意されていて、ソファでくつろげる空間があり 部屋以外でもゆったり過ごせるスペースは素敵でした。 次回もニューヨーク滞在のときは、akaにお世話になりたいです。 スタッフの皆さま本当にお世話になりました。ありがとうございました。

Brilliant location, fantastic suite, really friendly and helpful staff, we were upgraded due to us celebrating my husbands 50th birthday and there was also a bottle of prosseco chilling in the fridge for us with a birthday card. These little touches all made for a fantastic stay. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in New York now.

Excellent experience

Our experience at AKA Times Square was excellent. The superb service, accommodations, and location helped make our visit to NYC a great experience. We appreciated the location in the theater district, convenient to activities, restaurants, and shops, yet far enough from Times Square that the street was not busy or loud. Subway access was just 2 blocks away. The suite was comfortable, nicely appointed, and quite spacious with a separate bedroom. It was nice to have the full kitchen for breakfast and late night snacks. BEAUTIFUL lounge. Parking deck conveniently located across the street. Highly recommend!
