Parking was easy and right around the corner from the front entrance. Didn't have an opportunity to eat at the restaurant, drinks were nice at the bar. The manager was very friendly and helpful in the bar. Room was clean and when the air/heat would come on it was noticeable.

Lotte New York Palace
Always great to come back to the Lotte NY Palace for our annual Veterans Day weekend trip. We’ve stayed here for the last four years and will continue. The hotel is in a great location.
