"We booked a Club King room and were given one on the 5th floor. There were tiles lifting on the floor of the bedroom. There was no fitted sheet on the bed and the bottom sheet didn't even go to the end of the mattress. I phoned to ask for a new sheet and was transferred to some number that never did answer. The Club lounge though was good with good service and good food and drink. The appeal for this hotel is it's location right at the airport."

"Hotel is next to the bars and I could hear the music going until 4am every night. The shower had no hot water, the TV would constantly stop working and a small M&M bag was over $3. My room was only cleaned 1 day out of 4. I spoke to the front desk but they never rectified anything. "
