The hotel is located across from the beach, you have a private beach access. The room is clean, morden with an beautiful ocean view, breakfast buffet is excellent with a amazing service and food choices. The staff is supper friendly and helpful, they also offered us a complimentary airport drop off. Highly recommend.

Queen Ann was amazing. Located across from the beach, you have a private beach about 50m walk. Service and staff were very welcoming, polite and always helpful. Convenient location, souvenir shop next door also does laundry for 30,000D per KG. Also sells other souvenirs cheaper then Dam markets. Pool water always cold as its in a shaded area, airport shuttle was organised for us and was a smooth ride. Approximately 30 minute drive from aiport. BREAKFAST buffet was best i have ever had amazing service and food choices, they have many dietary options, such as Halal, Vegetarian, Gluten and vietnamese traditional foods as well. Overall amazing stay, would recommend 10/10

This is not a 5* hotel. The room smelled stale on arrival, and by 9pm the whole 22nd floor stank of rancid cooking oil. There was litter on the bedroom floor at arrival, it remained after two days of "cleaning". WiFi was consistently unreliable, didn't reach the desk in the room, and was sporadic in the common areas. Staff at breakfast and the pool bar were friendly, but checkout took over 10 mins to complete for no explicable reason. A hotel voucher was issued but not honoured, and none of the VIP perks were offered. Pool is undercover so stays cold all day, loungers are limited and get no sun. Area around the hotel is a building site, lots of prostitution in the vicinity. Do not recommend.

Great hotel, poor management
Definitely not a five star hotel but still a nice building. Upon check-in, my non-smoking room smelled of stale smoke. A "cleaning crew" was sent to spray with air freshener. I declined, saying the smoke was preferable to the chemical air freshener, and asked if another room was available. They promptly moved me to another room which they heavily sprayed before I arrived. The next morning, there was no hot water for a shower. I let it run for 5 minutes, still cold. With only a handful of guests due to Covid, I get the feeling management is trying to save on services. There are lights out in the lobby and throughout the hotel hallways. At breakfast, I was told to "finish up" as they were closing 30 minutes early. The staff were very polite but seemed to be acting on behalf of management.

Room is clean and location is good. However, its service is definitely not a 5 star one. Staff without smiles and not professional. We got towels on the beach and said we will return it to the hotel as the counter was nearly closed. The next morning at 6a.m. we received a call from a woman asking if we have returned the towels! I don't know the towels were so important to the hotel that they have to call at 6a.m. while we were in a deep sleep! It is just ridiculous. The spa booking was kind of chao too. The staff said ok when we booked massage for 2 people but wait for 20 mins. However, 10mins later the staff called to the room and said the booking was not ok. We were so disappointed about that. Also, it is inconvienient that the hotel have to keep our passport until checkout.

Customer service and ability to respond is at an all time low. Front desk staff lack professionalism and management do not do enough to recitify issues with guests. And are rude, laugh at enquiring customers about tourist attractions in nha trang, hang up on guests when calling concierge, asking for any extra amentities if needed is met with a no, missunderstandings to make things more comfortable for bedding also left with suspicions when innocent and bringing down and labelling evidence to charge 30% extra. Doesnt make any guest feel better about it and so I dont recommend it.

Staff were professional and helpful. Choices for breakfast was slightly fewer but the separate arrangement of breakfast locations for guests of different room types were perfect as you could enjoy a more cozy environment in the morning. The room was probably newly renovated and thus it was quite comfortable. It would be even better if a new hair dryer could be provided (the existing one was just too old). Yet, all in all, the residence experience was quite nice. Will definitely consider rebooking next time.

Uns hat diesen Hotel sehr gefallen.Meine Frau hat gemeint dass sie sich wie zu Hause fühlt,ich denke das sagt schon viel aus.. Das Personal war immer freundlich,hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir waren schon einige Male in Vietnam und somit in einigen Hotels aber das Buffet von Queen Ann war bisher das Beste - abwechslungsreich,reichhaltig und hochwertig. Die Zimmer sauber bei guter Ausstattung. Die Lages des Hotels erstklassig. Wir hatten hier einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und werden definitiv wieder kommen.
