Excellent value for this family-run accommodations near the attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms were clean, checking in and out was a breeze. We stayed because they are pet-friendly, but we'll be back for the hospitality!

Unbeatable price for the location . The property is old and it shows . The inn is adequate for a short weekend trip when you will be spending most of the time at the local attractions. Clean , and no frills. Sometimes “just okay” is perfect for the occasion.

Mr. Imtiaz and his wife were very hospitable, friendly, and treated us like family. The falls is a very close walk with lots of places to eat in or take out. The inn is very clean with an outdoor pool that was safe and comfortable to be with your family. The view at nights were spectacular, and you can stand on your balcony and see the fireworks at 10pm from the falls. I recommend Sunset Inn to anyone looking for reasonable accomodation for a truly fun experience.

Our stay here did not disappoint!! Older building and rooms but absolutely spic and span, can eat off the floor clean. Super kind, helpful and friendly staff. A great affordable place to stay. Very friendly staff and very helpful. Beds were very comfortable and good central location so that you could walk to most attentions in the area and lots of food options close by. We would gladly use them again.
