Compact room but excellent

Excellent location just a few minutes walk from the railway station or Tramstops on both lines. Very courteous and polite reception staff. Excellent breakfast. Air con / heating controls very effective. Clean and modern rooms.

Fantastic hotel

Fantastic stay. We were kindly upgraded by the staff to a more comfortable room as we were travelling with 2 babies. Very clean, fantastic location, breakfast was excellent. Staff were all extremely polite and friendly. Literally cannot fault the hotel, would absolutely stay here again

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The Front desk attendants were very friendly! Frédéric and Dylan were helpful and patient while I practiced my french with them and they held our bags so we could explore after checkout. The rooms were very clean, modern and had nice size showers. The water bar with sparkling and fresh water as well as the all day cafe bar was a nice treat! The location was great - walking distance old town, shopping and close to the train for day trips.

Amazing!

We had a wonderful stay this hotel. Nice room, location, breakfast and service, especially Olivier and Marcel were engaged and helpful to give us a better experience in Nice. I would really recommend this hotel and I will return here next time in Nice!

We were in France and Italy at a number of properties, and this one was one of the most comfortable and spacious of them all. Stayed 5 nights, really handy location, just a couple blocks from transit that takes you straight down to old town. Big shower, very comfy beds, quiet area, and good breakfast. Recommend for sure.

Very solid, comfortable stay

Great hotel. Great front of house staff - friendly, helpful, efficient. Clean, comfortable, smart interiors, room well kitted out with great AC and really nice toiletries - I had a single bed in a single room and there was still plenty of room and the doubles seemed great when I peered in from the corridor. Right at the train station if that’s important to you - although that also means a few km from the beach but on a tram line to the sea and old port. Would happily stay here again.

The staff at the hotel were amazing!! They were so friendly and welcoming and so very helpful. They helped us with directions and advice on public transport and places to eat. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they are a huge asset to this hotel - keep up the great work guys!! The hotel was spotlessly clean with comfy beds and pillows - it was everything we needed for our stay in Nice. Highly recommend :)

It was not what i expected. Booked two executive double rooms. One was executive, the other wasn’t. Asked front desk why and he insisted they were both executive double rooms. One had double sink and the other one didn’t. This is just one of the many comparisons. But he insisted they were the same rooms. I invited him to come to both rooms to compare, but he never did.

Disappointing breakfast. Not a single table was available, everything was with dirty dishes, asked staff to clean at least one table, they told me it will take 2 minutes. So i sat on the couch, finished my breakfast and still not a single table was available. Completely disorganized and unprofessional
