"Only washer. No dryer. Very nice facility including little play ground, swimming pool and gym. But I wasn’t used to needing to scan the tag every time I use the elevator. Quite annoying on that regards. But I will stay again!"

"This property should not be listed in Expedia and I am shocked they allow this to happen. There is no check in desk. Several times I attempted to contact the hotel prior to arrival to see exactly what the check in procedure was. I never received and answer. I had to book another hotel and ended up losing $300 as I could not count on these people meeting me after a 30 hour journey to Malaysia. It appear this room is a BNB and owned by the mainland Chinese. Everyone should avoid booking this...

"The property itself was good for us. Easy communication should there be a need to. Smooth check in and check out. Definitely a good one for a group of 5 pax. It's may be not a 5-star, trendy hotel/room but it fulfills the basic needs. "

"The room was a little outdated and has a strange smell when entering the rooms which are some the downside of the accommodation. However, accessibility is fantastic. Near to sunway pyramid mall and several eateries which are the plus point. "
