"We love our stay here. The apartement is clean, big enough and new. The view is great as directly toward Batam center port. Within walk distance to get McD, kfc, JCO, etc. They prepare the bed, towel and shower stuff to accomodate all 6 of us.The bed is quite comfy. Overall, we would stay here again."

"Ocean view priceless. Interior of the house is nice. Location is good, privacy. Communication of checking in not stated in expedia. Caught off fuard that we need to call first to receive inatruction. Security at the reception totally lost and bot ablw to help. To avoid hassle, contact the owner before checking in. "I am having event at Aston hotel. This unit is exactly at Aston but cheaper. So it is convenient for me. Room is comfy, bed is great. Owner or CD is responsive. Only owner didn't provide free room makeup service. You will be charge Rp 200k for room makeup or house keeping. Also unit location is near to Masjid where you will be disturbed by sholat prayer time loudspeaker at midnight. And unit is near to swimming pool and children playground, I feel a little bit been disturbed and annoyed with...

"Had a pleasant stay here. Location was very near to harbour bay ferry terminal (walking distance). Check-in was swift. Prior to our arrival, I received a message on WhatsApp from concierge if there’s anything they can assist (tip top service). Room was nicely done up as per our remark. Room nice and clean, spacious. We love the overall experience. This is a very quiet area, away from the main road and we personally find it to be very peaceful. Also, they have quite a number of convenience stalls nearby 24/7. They also have 24/7 massage service if you’ll like a good rub. Price is also very affordable! Lastly, I’d like to thank Tesa, Salma, Jaka and Agung for their great hospitality! Not forgetting the male housekeeper at L4 for helping with our request too! Thank you!!"

"The rooms are very clean, but it will be good if the bathroom has accessories for hanging of wet suits. Overall experience is good. The F&B manager, Mr. Ade, is extremely attentive and friendly. The front desk staff is also very knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoy our stay. "

"Beautiful hotel, spacious, well renovated, many lighting in the room for different areas, hotel provided ample drinking water and complimentary minibar drinks, friendly front desk. Breakfast was a bit confusing for new guests, long and confusing waiting for services like juice and egg station, they lack clear signage about how to order juice and egg from staff who lack English conversation skills. Location was a bit far from many popular areas. It stated that there was a medical center within the hotel but it was closed when my family was sick and needed to access medical help. The room was locked and the front desk said it would be closed for the whole day. We did not use the service but the hotel offers free shuttle to and from the ferry, that is helpful."
