"Great stay!! Very well located, close to subway and great food nearby. Popular parts of Tokyo like Shinjuku and shibuya are accessible from here. Room itself was great — comfortable, cozy, and clean. It was spacious enough for 4 dudes. "The only complexity was obtaining all of the details of the stay. They sent a link to a Google Drive with 6 PDF files detailing getting to the place and opening the door. I had to call to ask them to send the link after I emailed a full copy of my passport. They have some laundry facilities (a washer, no drier) but you must provide your own detergent. I only stayed one night, so had no time. Definitely could accommodate 4 travelers; I was there by myself. The interior was great."

"Room and bathroom were small, but was to be expected. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. If you just need a place to stay, can get a good deal while being a bit above a capsule hotel. Easy underground access to the station too."

"The Shinagawa Prince is our usual choice when in Tokyo, given its location (convenient transportation from both Narita and Haneda airports, easy access to other cities by shinkansen or other stops in Tokyo), mid-range cost, and quality of the stay. We always enjoy a nice clean room and support from very helpful and friendly staff. I also like that everything you need, in a pinch, is available on-site or nearby - the Annex building, where we stayed, has a 7-Eleven, shops, entertainment venues, and food court. It is connected to the Main Tower, where we enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Luxe Dining Hapuna our first morning. There is a Kuroneko Yamato shipping service in the main tower if you want to forward luggage to your next destination, as well as a coin-operated laundry facility, useful for longer stays. Of course, these things are widely available throughout Tokyo, but at the end of a long day, returning to the hotel in Shinagawa is always a great relief."
