"Nice newly renovated hotel. Great beds, firm but not too firm for those with back problems and big room for Japan. Service? It's Japan so of course it was good. Any help requested was answered and acknowledged. Very clean overall rooms and hotel. Right across the street from Skytree and Oshiage station which can get you anywhere. A bit to the northwest of city center so a trip to Shibuya will take 40 minutes on the Honzomon Line. Direct acess to Narita airport with the Keisei Skyaccess line not to be confused with the Skyliner. Many food and shipping options at the Solamachi building. 7 stories of ships and food. Bottom of hotel building also has a 2 story grocery and pharmacy for your needs. If you are looking for cheap eats Matsuya, Moss Burger and the Kura flagship stores are within a couple minute walk. Hotel does have a Sizzler if you're into that type of thing. sizzler must be a big deal in Japan because this one is expensive, but not much better quality food than you would see in the states The only drawback to this hotel is that you will be staying with a lot of other tourists."
