"Booked the Premier View Twin Room. Nice size, small closet, no drawers, huge bathroom. Coin laundry available. Uniqlo in same building. Don Quixote across street and very near Tsukuba express station which connects to all the different train lines. Lots of food and shopping nearby. Welcome lounge with free drinks (beer, sake, whiskey, wine, tea, etc) and snacks 1-4 pm and 5-8 daily. Breakfast was good (3,000 yen). Friendly staff."

"2nd time staying at this hotel. Amazing place to stay if you are going to Tokyo Disney or disneysea. The rooms are super clean and the staff are amazing. Always smiling and willing to lend a hand.definitely recommended. "

"Room was big, clean, nice amenities. It seemed as if the hotel was running on central air bc the air conditioner wasn’t getting cooler so we did have to open the window but housekeeping was great. There was also some miscommunication with the concierge about same-day luggage forwarding (it ended up being the next day even tho it was only going to Tokyo). The guy came off patronizing and condescending when answering questions but at the end of the day the last people we interacted with before checking out left our stay on a high note. Would definitely book again. "

"Room was very clean and quiet. Shower is fantastic, hot and with great water pressure. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend including the breakfast in your stay, the meals are great but the buffet salad and fruit in particular were a welcome start to make sure we were hydrated and got a fresh start to each day of walking. "

"Fantastic hotel would stay again however would eat out locally rather than in hotel itself as quite expensive. Ask how to get to transit centre plenty of affordable options there for food. "
