"They are making do with what they have, but it has been a long time since this property saw some love. It is clean and the staff are great, just a bit sub par on the food front. However, kudos for having an on-site Lawson!"

"Tiny and basic room. Quite a bit of a walk from the nearest train station. Nothing in the area of the hotel too, there is a family mart in the hotel but it is not open 24hrs. Some vending machines for drinks available. The rooms are too small and not particularly clean, i wouldn't stay more than 1 night, it would not be comfortable. But the shuttle bus to narita airport is very convenient (need to book in advance). We only ever use this hotel if we have really early flights out of Narita airport the next day."

"Bathrooms were a bit dated but the staff was super friendly and the buffet breakfast and dinner were great. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Overall a great place to stay while in Narita. The room was big, clean, and the staff was great. My only complaint is that the tv in the room was very small and only had a few local channels. Would be nice to have steaming service options on the tv as well. "

"I wish the front desk can give people arrived at the same locker far away from each other. There were two other ladies arrived at the same time, and we got three adjacent lockers, it was impossible for three of us use the lockers at the same time. "
