"Great layover hotel"

"The staff were very helpful and the location was super convenient--right near Narita Station and several convenience stores. It was also only a 10 minute walk to Naritasan Omotesando (market with a ton of local shops and food), as well as the Temple and Park near by (both so beautiful!). We stayed in the Economy Twin Room, 2 Single Beds, and for the most part, it was clean, but the carpet had a noticeable amount of stains by the door. It was also very small, but we only stayed one night, so it wasn't bothersome, and it was very quiet."

"The Marroad Narita was the perfect solution to landing at the airport in the evening. We caught the free airport shuttle from stand 27 at NaritaTerminal 2. The room was very clean and perfect for an overnight stay with a lovely hot shower! We really enjoyed our breakfast with a view (on the 13th floor) with fabulous options that will suit everyone. What a great start to our Japan trip - feeling rested and refreshed and ready to go."
