We were there on Sunday late afternoon. Most shops were closed or ready to close. The shuttle to hotel is free but very slow. Only one per 30 minutes, and took about 30 minutes from the airport to the hotel. One may want to just spend 2000-3000 yen to ride a taxi to save time. The breakfast at Art hotel is so exceptional. We love it! We did not get to use the onsen. It closes on Mondays. We were arrived on Sunday and were too tried to go there after the long trip. "
