The room was very clean and perfect for an overnight stay with a lovely hot shower! We really enjoyed our breakfast with a view (on the 13th floor) with fabulous options that will suit everyone. What a great start to our Japan trip - feeling rested and refreshed and ready to go."

"The FREE shuttle is great to visit mall, access to AirPort and train station. ATTENTION needed to buffet, some of the hot dishes were cold and at dinner by 7:30 the buffet was almost empty . Breakfast after 8 am eggs were cold and many choices almost empty."
